This position will provide space inventory management and manage selected non-capital projects and support the project management team during planning, design, construction, and closeout of non- capital projects. Position duties include project scoping, analysis of user requirements, identifying and managing dependencies, prioritization and development of project plans, implementation of work plans including the procurement of project components, planning and managing schedules and effectively communicating with project stakeholders. The successful candidate must plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced energetic office while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong computer and organizational and time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure are required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or Planning. Progressive career experience with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Knowledge of state and university policies and procedures. Experience working in Higher Education Experience working on campus planning projects. Experience working with CAD , REVIT and GIS . Licensed as a Certified Interior Designer and LEED AP or ability to achieve licensure within one year of employment.
