About The Role

Join our innovative and dynamic team as a Product Manager, spearheading our Salesforce operations for a cutting-edge SaaS (Software as a Service) product. We're a rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients, and we're seeking a skilled individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for optimizing Salesforce to enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Salesforce, aligning it with the overall business objectives and customer needs. Act as the key liaison between the technical team, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of Salesforce. Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem. Drive the roadmap for Salesforce and CRM Integration initiatives, prioritize features, and oversee their successful implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce-related projects. Conduct regular performance assessments, track KPIs, and implement improvements to optimize workflows and user experience within Salesforce. Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into the product strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus. Proven experience working as a Product Manager, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a focus on Salesforce CRM. Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and customization possibilities. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and interpreting user insights. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passion for innovation, staying updated on industry trends, and continuously improving product offerings.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $117,600 to $147,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
