In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to • rsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.

Your responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all Engineering activities and deliverables on CCUS projects with multi-location teams
  • Be responsible for supervising Engineering Managers and engineering disciplines across multiple projects in NAM region
  • Be responsible for coordination between Engineering and the other teams in the company
  • Contribute to studies, product development and research projects
  • Contribute to the development of cost-effective processes and products
  • Contribute to standardization and general effective execution of CCUS projects
  • Be responsible for providing input to, and implement CCUS technology in projects
Your qualifications
  • Self-contained and motivated individual, with a passion for environmental projects
  • A leader who can guide and motivate varied teams, with an expertise in iso, en and other international codes and standards
  • Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 10 years' experience, preferably from onshore industrial projects, and 5 years' experience in managing large, multi-discipline and multi-location engineering teams
  • Flexible regarding work tasks and possible practical field work, as required
  • Analytical mindset with a drive to bridge technical and commercial challenges
  • Proven performance in result-oriented project culture, with a genuine drive to optimise the cost curve of the industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
