You embrace whatever the day brings whether entering payroll, assisting with an educational activity, reviewing a lesson plan or welcoming a new family to your center.

Job Responsibilities:

Create strong relationships resulting in high rate of retention and referrals from staff, parents and the community.

Assist in achieving center occupancy goals by providing center tours and following the Lightbridge enrollment process.

Provide a WOW customer experience to all in our Circle of Care.

Build community relationships and enrollment through participation in local area marketing and execution of open houses and other marketing.

Support a nurturing and positive learning environment encouraging children and staff to grow and develop.

Foster a “learning is fun’ environment through the implementation of the Lightbridge Academy program and Seedlings curriculum.

Uphold discretion in dealing with all confidential matters and information.

Maintain proper ratios and substitute in classrooms if necessary.

Support all team members by example and provide mentoring and coaching.

Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children and staff members.

Observe all Lightbridge Academy policies, procedures and state licensing regulations.

Support regularly scheduled staff meetings and training.

Complete a minimum of 20 hours of ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education, equivalent credentials or years experience

One year of experience as an Assistant Center Director

Two years of management experience

Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills

Flexible and able to multi-task

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Completion of CPR and First Aid certification
