We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager in Boca Raton, FL!The Supply Chain Manager will manage the production planning operation, manage the raw materials, drug substance, intermediates, and drug product. Will use SAP data mining for lot status, tracking, reporting, auditing inventory to maintain adequate inventory level and accuracy to support production needs. Use SAP Manufacturing Resource Planning and Master Production Scheduling (MRP/MPS). Manage expiring materials process for impact to SAP MRP, retrieval and disposition. Overall management of Supply Chain Quality Systems.QualificationsESSENTIALS OF THE JOB:Manage the production planning operations and the planning team:Partner with manufacturing team to build production schedule.Review SAP MRP/MPS status for raw materials and intermediates based on Production Schedule. Review Lot Tracking Reports for accuracy and completeness.Review each Supply Chain reconciliation of inventory of all raw materials, drug substance and drug product at month-end close. Specific understanding of manufacturing systems as applies to MRP and production planning - SAP experience or ERP equivalent required.Measure, track and report on key processes within and including the life cycle of commercial products and intermediates.Measure and monitor the progress of lot release or testing changes to assure availability of product to meet forecast demands. In cases of unforeseen events, recommend strategic alternatives to management to assure availability of product and minimize scrap due to shortened shelf life. Manage the quality systems (CAPA's, Deviations & Change Controls) end to end process to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.Manage the proper identification and disposition of obsolete, damaged, and rejected inventory to ensure that inventory levels are properly maintained based on cGMP requirements.Manage relationship with contract manufacturing organizations and third-party logistics.Partner with all groups within Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy levels.Participate and Manage Supply Chain Responsibilities in project teams for new and existing products, as necessary.Onsite full-timeEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, materials management or related field7-10 years' experience in highly automated inventory system environment, preferably a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.Additional Experience Information:Ten years or more experience in a related position with in-depth knowledge of inventory management and distribution systems.High proficiency in office software packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, and SAP required. Must be able to work independently with strong decision-making skills. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential. Compliance Requirements:As a part of our Quality Systems and cGMP initiatives, employees are responsible for ensuring compliance with all ADMA Quality policies, standards, and SOPs in their area of work and responsibility. This includes ensuring all Quality Assurance (QA) records and reports, Human Resources (HR) policies, and Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and practices are completed in a timely manner. Any delay or failure to comply with policies, standards and procedures is required to be communicated/escalated to the appropriate responsible parties, such as QA, HR, or EH&S depending on the issue.Direct Work of Others: Responsible for production planning team and respective operations to support manufacturing.Decision Making:Responsible for the management of inventory and annual budget. Prepare as needed inventory plans and reports, annual budget, monthly status reports, cycle count reports, and inventory obsolescence. Determine inventory levels and distribution requirements. Challenges:Coordinate inventory management and distribution requirements with other departments for internal manufacturing and order fulfillment.Working Conditions:Stands and walks 40% of the time to other departments. Overnight travel required as deemed necessary to manage inventory and 3rd party relationships and oversight.Sits at desk more than 60% of the time, operating PC and related software, and talking on the telephone. Stressors:Workload during end-of-month is heavy.
