Project Manager - Spanish Speaker
PM resource request for Mexico BCR Programme, Spanish speaker.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Managers plan, execute, and control a project or set of related projects adhering to the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) methodology and other standards at a scale of up to 10 M, and with up to 20 team members, with the objective to meet identified business requirements and deliver business value, through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, risk, quality and benefits.

This requires:
  • Program and project delivery skills in both agile and waterfall methodologies including effective Change Control, Risk Management and Reporting, setting up and executing Project Governance, and managing Programme Leadership and the wider Project Natural team;
  • Domain knowledge and skills, such as Chemicals, Deepwater, Retail, Finance, Legal, HR, and Capital Project lines of business and functions;
  • Technology skills, such as cloud, mobile, software-as-a-service, digital platforms, ERP, web-based application, networking, workplace productivity, compliance or cybersecurity;
  • Professional skills, such as leadership (by building and leveraging relationships with senior sponsors, the Programme Manager, and key stakeholders in particular those in the governance of the project), communication and resilience (both of oneself, and by motivating, leading and supporting the project or workstream team through periods of uncertainty, while managing pressure so that they can delivery successfully).
