The selected candidate may also participate in the Director ofNursing (DON) in training program. We believe in supporting career advancementfor clinical leaders!Responsibilities: As an RN NightSupervisor, your primary responsibilities will include leading and supervisingthe day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Your role is crucial inensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Keyday-to-day responsibilities include:Overseeing and coordinating nursing staff on night shift. Leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team assigned to their individual units. Playing a vital role in the DON in-training (DONIT) program. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, quality and efficient patient care. Participating in the selection of team members and contributing to company policy development. Serving as a charge agent, challenging the status quo, and demanding clinical excellence.Qualifications: To be successful inthis role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:Registered Nurse with a valid license in the State of Tennessee. Long-term care and supervisory experience are required.
