Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, including schools, hospitals, airports, and high-rise buildings. Familiarity with Bluebeam and MS Excel is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking.
Review project specifications, blueprints, and contracts to ensure all requirements are understood and met.
Control project budgets and schedules, making necessary adjustments to ensure project completion within budget and on time.
Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, coordinating delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Ensure all projects comply with safety and building regulations, as well as contractual requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
Significant experience managing large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, including schools, hospitals, airports, and high-rise buildings.
Proficient in Bluebeam and MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
Stable work history demonstrating reliability and dedication.
