Disney Streaming is looking for someone who will focus on defining a segment of the strategy and requirements for the customer service tools that provide resolution support for all of the Disney Streaming global applications (Disney+, Hulu, Star+ and ESPN+). By collaborating closely with engineering, design, business and fellow product teams, the product manager will be an integral part in ensuring that our growing audience of over 160M subscribers receive a best-in-class experience across all our applications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product and part of the rapidly growing Global Consumer & Engagement team, the candidate will need to be an experienced product manager that helps drive innovation in the Customer Service space. The product manager will be in a unique position to help execute on our homegrown customer service tool and help drive the vision forward as we continue to expand our business across the globe. The ideal candidate is collaborative, makes data-driven decisions, obsesses about the customer, forms strong yet loosely held opinions, and can build trust with all areas of the business. This candidate will help streamline tooling for all Disney Streaming stakeholders. **Responsibilities :** + Product owner for customer support tooling from definition through technical delivery and iterative improvements + Effectively support the engineering team throughout sprint cycles by proactively removing roadblocks that may impact quality of service and on-time delivery + Manage a product throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch and into operation mode + Collaborate and coordinate with engineering, design, operations, product leadership, and analytics teams on objectives and business requirements + Translate inputs and business needs into detailed product requirements documents and user stories for engineering teams to execute + Assist and manage planning and development prioritization for engineering teams to ensure maximum value in deliverables + Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization; understand and prioritize foundational needs across use cases and short and long term initiatives **Basic Qualifications :** **What Youll Bring** + 2+ years of product management experience and working with engineering teams + A strong interest in building internal-facing products and features within the customer service space + Experience using JIRA and other product and project management tools + The ability to lead effective product sessions culminating in technical requirements ready for development + Strong attention to detail, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills + The ability to balance technical debt with product features + You know when to escalate issues expediently and accurately when blockers arise + You have hands-on experience and/or prior work experience with customer service systems **Additional Information :** DISNEYTECH **Job ID:** 926622BR **Location:** San Francisco,California **Job Posting Company:** Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution The Walt Disney Company and its Affiliated Companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers and welcome all job seekers including individuals with disabilities and veterans with disabilities.
