We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident clinician to support BMJ generate advocacy and leads for BMJ’s digital health solutions (such as BMJ Best Practice) in the United States. The ideal candidate will have completed at least 5 years of clinical practice in the US, an established network in the healthcare market, and experience working within a commercial organization. An interest in clinical decision support tools and AI is also desirable. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving BMJ’s US revenue growth through networking and creating rapport with senior decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare market. Responsibilities

Networking: Identify decision makers, influencers, and potential buyers in target organizations for BMJ’s digital health solutions e.g. BMJ Best Practice. Use tools such as LinkedIn and events to engage with professional networks to accelerate advocacy and engagement confidently. Nurture prospects: Cultivate and maintain strong rapport with prospects to support the conversion of a lead to opportunity. Support pilots and evaluations of digital health products. Advocacy: Work with thought leaders to generate advocacy for BMJ’s products. Establish clinical champion/ clinical expert groups to provide opinion in target territories. Product knowledge: Using your clinical expertise, effectively communicate value propositions to key influencers and prospective customers. Possess a deep understanding of BMJ’s Digital Health Solutions, their features, benefits, and applications within the healthcare setting. Provide examples of clinical applications of these solutions. Conduct research with product teams as required. Events and conferences: Willingness to travel up to approximately 40% to meet with clients, attend conferences, and speak at industry events. Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives. Performance and reporting: Keep track of all customer conversations and meetings using Salesforce. Ensure efficient lead handover with sales, track progress, and identify areas for improvement/change. Report customer feedback and areas of improvement to product teams. Skills

Strong leadership, influencing skills, communication, and networking skills Good knowledge of evidence-based medicine, healthcare IT, and quality improvement An ability to identify key clinical questions and develop recommendations for clinical practice Excellent presentation and customer engagement skills Strong organizational skills - the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a busy workload across multiple time zones Demonstrate their ability to bring innovative solutions to bear on complex problems Experience

A clinician with at least 5 years of recent clinical practice Use of technology in the clinical workflow and knowledge-based tools in practice Engagement with senior decision makers and clinical networks in digital health Excellent working knowledge of the digital health market and AI Working in a commercial environment Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Plus at least 5 years of recent US clinical practice.
