We are looking to hire a Leader for our Consumer Growth org to define the roadmap as it relates to Opendoor’s top-of-funnel, product re-engagement, partnerships, and platform products. You will lead an industry-defining, fast-paced, and high-impact team that is responsible for growing Opendoor’s customer base over the years to come. If you’re successful in this role, you’ll have built an engine for acquisition and retention for both buyers and sellers that continues to deliver our products to the right customer at the right time to help them make a seamless move. The role is a great fit for growth experts who have managed other growth PMs before and defined holistic growth vision and strategy. As the Director of PM for the Growth org, you will:

Define the strategy for Opendoor consumer growth, and evangelize a vision amongst the executive team; ultimately taking these big-picture goals and translating them into actionable goals Identify and drive highly impactful cross-functional projects that achieve key milestones for the company Cultivate and manage a team of Product Managers; coaching and building critical skill sets to support the long-term growth of the function Work closely with cross-functional leads and key stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and Pricing to define the strategic vision for the top-of-funnel consumer experience and our product portfolio Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure the successful scale and launch of our products Deep understanding of the product roadmap and long-term initiatives, leveraged to define metrics of success Represent the Growth organization in business reviews; speak to learnings, opportunities, and results We’re looking for teammates who have:

Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, at least 3+ years in growth Experience developing strategy, executing against it, and delivering measurable results Minimum of 6 years of people management experience of other PMs Strong analytical skills (quant and qual data), and meticulous attention to detail Demonstrated capabilities executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying and interpreting key findings Exceptional prioritization and project management skills Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal, and visual Demonstrated ability to work closely and effectively with data science, design, engineering, user research, marketing and different business functions Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch Knack for balancing multiple projects at the same time Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment More About Us Want to learn more about us and how we are revolutionizing the home buying and selling process? Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis

$204,800 - $307,200

annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
