Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Newark office for a Senior Project Manager!
Senior Project Managers are responsible for the management of entire projects, from start to finish including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. You will be responsible for leading consultants, internal resources, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.
Our Architecture Studio offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and exposure to a variety of client and construction types. Our portfolio currently includes ground-up office, industrial, high-tech manufacturing, retail, and transforms of existing buildings.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
- Industrial, office, healthcare and/or retail project experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, license preferred
- AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
- Thorough knowledge of building codes
- Assist with RFP/ RFI, client development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
