+ 2nd Shift: 6% added to an hourly wage

+ 3rd Shift : 8% added to an hourly wage

In this role, you will manage the stocking level and site accuracy of finished goods, raw material, and component inventory through cycle counts, periodic audits, and enforcement of general inventory control practices throughout the local supply chain. You will also be responsible for managing the raw material remnants resulting from manufacturing activity as well as a scrap and disposal program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with Supply Chain team to continually evaluate site specific A, B, C classification

* Ensure that inventory-stocking levels are maintained and sufficient to meet the business needs

* Interact with Martin S&G manufacturing facilities for support of stocking levels and prioritization

* Execute cycle counts on finished goods and raw material, using necessary tools and equipment (cherry picker, forklift, pallet jack, or other standard warehouse equipment)

* Adjust systemic inventory counts to align with physical counts to maintain accurate inventory numbers

* Investigate and identify root cause of inventory discrepancies

* Manage large segments of data and be able to manipulate, analyze, and develop corrective action

* Manage remnant product from the shop and complete reports

* Develop site specific procedures for general inventory practices which align with Corporate guidelines

* Ensure velocity slotting best practices are evaluated and adjusted quarterly

* Support annual external inventory audit

* General tasks and other duties as assigned

* Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm

**Key Competencies:**

* 3-5 years of manufacturing environment experience preferred

* 1-3 years of inventory control experience preferred

* Good computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* Ability to be detail oriented and have good clerical skills

* Ability to read a tape measure and use tables to calculate square feet or inches

* Ability to work in a team setting

* Ability to work in a non-climate controlled shop environment

* Ability to use and wear personal protective equipment
