SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

– Must have experience leading a small team and be dedicated full-time to the site location. Due to the complex and/or specialized nature of the work, the Senior Project Manager must have considerable MRI experience that includes managing the work of these types of installations. This Sr. PM will serve as a single point of contact between OMH (Office of Minority Health) and OGS (Office of General Services) for the Nathan Kline Institute and will almost take on a Program Manager role. The Sr PM must be prepared to be very responsive to OMH with some guidance from OGS when needed. REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 5 + years of previous Construction Management experience in an active Hospital and/or Healthcare setting. Must have prior (MRI)

magnetic resonance imaging

equipment experience. Superior communication skills both written and verbal. Full working knowledge of MS Office 365. Must be able to commute to Orangeburg, NY (Rockland County) daily. Projects include:
