(+ additional Bonus potential) Job Summary: As the Senior Project Manager at Hughes & Hughes General Contracting, you'll assume a crucial role overseeing the entire High School Project ($40M). You'll manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Administrators, Superintendents, and Assistants while liaising with owners, architects, school authorities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: Project Oversight:

Lead and supervise the entire High School Project, managing a diverse team and ensuring project success. Team Management:

Supervise and guide a team comprising Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Administrators, Superintendents, and Assistants for seamless project execution. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with owners, architects, school representatives, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Experience Utilization:

Apply 10+ years of project management expertise, specifically in institutional, large-scale commercial projects, and utilize Procore and Financials for effective project management. Subcontractor Coordination:

Oversee all subcontractors, manage inspections, maintain change order logs, requisitions, schedules and handle submittals efficiently. MEP:

Comprehensive understanding and management of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sprinkler (MEP) systems and coordination within construction projects.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in project management roles. Previous Projects Expertise:

Proven track record managing institutional projects. Procore & Financials Mastery:

Proficiency in Procore and Financials software. Management Skills:

Ability to effectively manage and guide the project team, including PM's, APM's, Admin and field Superintendents.. Documentation Proficiency:
