Perform confirmation testing to isolate and identify food pathogens on selective media.
Identify in-depth research studies with various food pathogens.
Gluten testing, Endotoxins testing, and Air-Mold analysis and their testing protocol developments.
Caffeine testing using HPLC-UV, Mycotoxins, and Pesticide screening.
Requirements:
BS required in Microbiology, Biology or related field.
Hands on experience with USP Testing.
3-5 years of experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
