Mid-size practice is seeking a

Transactional Attorney

(Commercial Real Estate)

for a growing multi-state legal practice.

This role is based in San Antonio (will consider candidates in Austin & Houston with willingness to travel as needed for meetings.)

What You Are Responsible For:

This role will play a key part in their commercial real estate practice.

Complex commercial real estate matters Leasing/purchase-and-sale transactions Raw land and improved property Multifamily projects, shopping and retail centers, restaurants, gas stations and medical facilities

What you Bring:

Commercial Real Estate transactional experience required

Candidates with 3+ years of transactional practice in mid-large or solo practice with experience in billable hours Must be eligible to practice in State of Texas immediately Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
