Our Warehouse Team is currently hiring an **Inventory Control Coordinator** in our Baltimore, MD office. This individual is a key stakeholder within our Operations team and will be primarily responsible for inventory management, accuracy, training, and consistently executing cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity and location accuracy.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversees all inventory operations including accurate and efficient inventory flow within inventory management systems
* Executes strong inventory controls within the operation
* Ensures accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, researches and clears any discrepancies between inventory/stock records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
* Works closely with all levels of branch management to understand business processes, determine root cause to issues and to recommend process improvements to management team
* Responsible for analyzing data to improve warehouse inventory controls
* Reporting on operational metrics through Key Performance Indicators
* Champions a safety-focused work environment to reduce/eliminate work-related accidents and injuries
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* 3 or more years of related experience in inventory management
* Demonstrated experience reducing operational waste and improving profitability through inventory control
* Ability to work with database inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
* Proven ability to work autonomously
