Job Description:

The Conduent Patient Access Solutions (CPAS) group is nationally recognized for its expertise in the design and management of compliant, streamlined reimbursement and patient assistance programs. We are looking for 2 strong

Program Manager-Patient Access

  • The Analyst is an integral contributor and a key resource to our client needs and expectations.
  • Will have the keen ability to understand and optimize program operations by harnessing program insights to meet the market dynamics
  • Be accountable for managing day-to-day activities and staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in support of program business rules and service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic oversight & accountability for reimbursement, access and service program(s) assigned
  • Ability to manage a contact center team across all levels
  • Exhibit/Maintain subject matter expertise in Managing Patient Assistance Programs to drive program offerings and improvements
  • Adherence to program business rules and related SOPs & Work Instructions
  • Work closely with internal departments on day-to-day program activities, client requests, program and system enhancements
  • Resolve issues and be solution-oriented
  • Ability to manage all program metrics
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors as a part of programs business requirements
  • Manage administrative duties
  • 10-25% travel

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Contact Center Management experience (inbound/outbound) with reimbursement processes, HUB, co-pay and payer experience required

  • Strong understanding of reimbursement processes (e.g., benefit verification) reqd

Skills:

  • Demonstrating comprehensive understanding of the reimbursement/ payer business
  • Solid understanding of co-pay services, prior authorization, pharmacy & insurance verification benefit protocols
  • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible and responsive
  • Able to identify and prioritize workload
  • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
  • Must be client-satisfaction and patient-centric oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve complex problems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce (CRM)
