Description
Our Temecula law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our reputable law firm. we have an immediate opening for a qualified attorney, preferably with at least 5 years experience in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Probate Guardianships, and Real Estate. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of litigation, legal research, and drafting of legal documents. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic legal environment. This is a full-time job. Monday to Friday.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually, depending on experience.
Work Location: In person, Temecula, California.
Responsibilities
•Conduct legal research in the office or remotely.
•Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
•Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing parties, and other attorneys to facilitate resolution.
•Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions, including drafting agreements.
•Represent clients in court proceedings under attorney supervision.
Qualifications
•Strong background in legal research methodologies.
•Strong professional work ethics.
•Proficiency in legal drafting and writing skills.
•Ability to effectively communicate complex legal issues.
•Knowledge of legal administrative policies and procedures.
•Capability to fully litigate cases.
