Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager - Interiors - New Jersey to join their team in the New Jersey market. This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to high end interiors projects as well as life sciences, ground up commercial, and more divisions within the business.

Client Details

It is a mid-sized General Contractor with a stable pipeline of diverse projects. They are based in New Jersey and have work all over the state - Central up to Northern New Jersey. As they expand, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Commercial Interiors team.

Description

The Construction Project Manager - Interiors - New Jersey will:

  • Minimum of eight (8) year's experience managing multiple high end interior commercial projects
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
  • Computer Skills Required: ProCore Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to create material take-offs.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Marketing and presentation skills.
  • Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
  • College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.

Profile

The successful Construction Project Manager - Interiors - New Jersey will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
  • Diverse project background (commercial interior projects advantageous)
  • Have experience in using ProCore
  • Have experience managing more than one interiors project at a time
  • Commutable throughout Central/Northern New Jersey

Job Offer
