Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading company in Bayside, NY to find a skilled individual to join the team as a Project Manager to lead and supervise multiple Building Envelope Restoration projects.
Manage building exterior restoration projects including Facade Restorations, Roofing/Waterproofing Projects, Historic/Landmark Preservation, Window/Door Restoration Projects, and Building Surveys.
Provide overall project management, including on-site inspections, scope/specifications development, bidding evaluation, construction monitoring, and report development.
Attend site visits and client project meetings.
Provide technical direction to Jr. Project Managers and AutoCAD Technicians.
Support the firm's objectives of meeting client needs in a timely manner and delivering quality consulting services.
Lead by example, fostering creativity, and promoting collaboration within and across teams
Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in building envelope restoration projects required.
Experience in all phases of work preferred, including inspections, design development, and construction monitoring.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Strong communication skills with clients, self-directed, diligent, and timely in completing tasks
