Position: QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Location: The Barrington of Carmel
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift between 3 PM - 7 PM (Flexible start and end times within this range)

Job Description: As a QMA or CNA at The Barrington of Carmel, you will join a compassionate team dedicated to delivering personalized care and assistance to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers (for QMAs).
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Supporting residents' mobility and ensuring their safety.
Providing companionship and engaging residents in meaningful activities.
Assisting with meal service and ensuring dietary preferences are accommodated.
Maintaining accurate documentation of resident care activities.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in the state of [insert state].
