Details: Position Summary Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager that is passionate about renewable energy. As a Manufacturing Project Manager, you will manage and drive projects for the manufacturing operations infrastructure and detailed product costing. You will be a key member of a cross-functional and rapidly growing organization as we develop the modules that will be built and shipped to customer sites.Job RequirementsDetails: Roles & ResponsibilitiesDefine plans, schedules, and resources for large, complex manufacturing operations programs and projectsNear term projects working with team mates in engineering, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain & logistics includes: Factory instantiation efforts: factory build-out, work area buildout, test area build-out,, material handling/movement equipment buildout, automation/efficiency initiativesProduct cost modeling ownership including: all materials/shipping/logistics/assembly/test, yield loss, labor etc.Identify, communicate, and escalate/resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and critical path blockers quickly and efficiently with leadership and relevant stakeholdersManage tools for development and prototype engineering builds and support builds as neededEnsure inter-team coordination and communication including Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Testing teams, along with communication with 3rd party entities.Track/manage and ensure efficient hand-offs between teams such as BOM procurement, engineering change control, issue reporting, etc.Execute detailed project tracking and documentation, including presenting regular updates to internal and external leadersKey Qualifications5+ years of experience in new product introduction from conception to deployment, ideally in industrial or high power systems with aggressive timelines.Bachelors in an engineering or technical field, or equivalentEmpathy, sensitivity, and ability to effectively interact with a broad and diverse range of colleaguesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUncanny resilience to adapt to fluid targets and approach challenges with a "solutions-first' and abundance mindsetHighly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders concurrentlyAdditional Qualifications DesiredTechnical and engineering experience managing factory build outs Experience with team management, resourcing, budgeting, and product readiness for production rampDeep experience taking a product from prototype to low volume productionExperience working in highly cross functional teams in a manufacturing environmentSalary Range: $147,000 USD - $185,000 USD
