Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Carmel, Indiana
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Schedule:
Dayshift: 7 AM to 7 PM
Nightshift: 7 PM to 7 AM
Full-time Schedule: Includes two regularly scheduled days during the week and every other weekend.
Part-time Schedule: Includes one regularly scheduled day during the week and every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure residents' comfort and safety.
Document residents' care and progress accurately and timely.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all regulatory standards and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
Previous experience in senior care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Starting rate is between $30 and $35/hour.
Nightshift differential: $2/hour
Weekend differential: $4/hour
