Responsibilities:
- Plan and budget commercial construction projects
- Manage project timelines and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
- Coordinate project activities with stakeholders to meet project safety goals
- Manage project teams and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, prepare progress reports for management, and maintain project documentation

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of project management experience on commercial construction projects

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field REQUIRED

- Physically able to maneuver job sites and perform necessary duties (walking, climbing, lifting, etc.)
