Therapist - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Under the direction of clinic leadership, this full-time therapist provides comprehensive mental health services for adults. Candidates are expected to be able to utilize evidenced based practices with a broad range of mental health problems, and to be comfortable using individual, group, and family treatment modalities. Tasks include intake evaluations, active outreach engagement, ongoing therapy, crisis intervention risk assessment, collaboration with clinic psychiatrists, coordination of care with other service providers, and required documentation.

Other preferred or required qualifications:

1. Prior experience in a hospital or community mental health agency
2. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
3. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, not required
4. Basic computer literacy, experience with electronic health records

Must be NYS certified LCSW Social Worker, licensed Psychologist, LMHC, or other NYS licensed mental health professional.
