Senior Engineering Manager

$140-160k base salary

Onsite - Baltimore

I'm working with a family-owned manufacturing company in who are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join them at their Baltimore site as part of some exciting growth plans across the business.

You will be reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, Engineering & Supply Chain and responsible for leading direct reports and team across the Mechanical, Electrical and R&D Engineering functions. You can expect to be leading training, budgeting, customer proposals, project management and mentoring for the entire Engineering function as well as ensuring that R&D projects meet performance expectation.

Key skills & experience:

• Proven Engineering leadership experience, ideally within an Industrial Machinery or Capital Equipment environment
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field of study (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.)
• Experience with ERP & PLM software
• Bachelors in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering

This role is based onsite in Baltimore and relocation assistance is available.
