Opened in 2020, the Pillars of Prospect Park is conveniently located off the light rail transit station and close to the metro bus near the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis, MN. This senior living community features 133 Independent living, 106 assisted living and 44 memory care apartments. Two buildings, make up this vibrant community and also encompasses an on-site Intergenerational Child Care Center. We are looking for a Child Care Director to support Ebenezers Intergenerational childcare program by caring for our children in their assigned age group and providing supervisor for assistant teachers and aides. Our Child Care Director manages and directs the on-site Child Care Program, ensuring compliance of all local, state, and federal laws governing child care are adhered while creating a meaningful intergenerational program for children and seniors.

Responsibilities/Job Description:Required Qualifications
High school Diploma/GED
1-3 years experience in similar role
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
3-5 years experience in similar role
Experience with intergenerational programming
