Marathon Health is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant (PA) to work at our employer-sponsored health and wellness centers throughout Indianapolis, Indiana.

Youll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ? all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.

Role highlights include:

  • Guaranteed 32 hours per week with the potential of working up to 40 hours ? no on-call required!
  • You must be flexible to work during the operational hours of our health centers: Monday - Friday, 6:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.

Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant at Marathon Health, youll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.

In addition to patient-care responsibilities, youll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the centers staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant in a primary care/family practice setting
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
  • Must have a flexible schedule and willingness to travel
  • Current and unrestricted state licensure in Indiana
