POSITION: Warehouse Coordinator Virginia (1700 Emancipation Highway, Richmond, VA 23224)
REPORTS TO: VP of Product Management
Soles4Souls Mission: Soles4Souls (S4S) creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world.
Summary: Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for everyday warehouse operations consisting of processing product, shipping and receiving, managing daily pickup route, and upkeep in the warehouse.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Organizing, retrieving and managing materials in the warehouse.
Processing donated product at warehouse.
Documenting inventory shipped and/or received.
Documenting donor information accurately.
Loading and/or unloading product.
Managing volunteer activities.
Managing weekly route of S4S donation bins.
Managing and working with volunteer groups of all ages.
Participating in organizational, team and departmental meetings as assigned; adhere to all S4S policies and protocols.
Completing other duties as assigned by the VP of Product Management.
**Required Qualifications:**
Ability to perform basic mathematics and possess basic computer skills Ability to communicate professionally with team members and donors Team oriented; works well with others; self-motivated Able to obtain and maintain forklift certification Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, and handle repeated lifting High school diploma or GED Must be able to pass background check Valid drivers license **Salary:**
