Pharmacist - Bethlehem, PAHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with one of the nation's largest healthcare organizations.Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist: Closed door LTC pharmacy Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Make recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate. Maintains patient/resident database to include appropriate current and past medical history, appropriate clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication (including over the counter and home remedies) Ensures that appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring certain high-risk conditions are ordered, evaluated, and discussed with appropriate members of the healthcare team Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as neededRequired Qualifications for Pharmacist: Bachelor's Degree/Pharm D in Pharmacy Clear and Active Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D Long Term Care Experience Retail Experience Framework LTC and DocuTrackBenefits for Pharmacist: Medical Dental Vision PTO & Paid Holidays 401K with employer match Other Company Perks AvailablePay Details: Up to $58/h - $62/h Interested in being considered?
