Glasswater Creek of Plainfield is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of team members and resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in Indiana
• Insulin certification required at applicable locations
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion , and dignity
