Overview:
The Lakes of Clermont is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County, within a mile of Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. 40 private and 20 semi-private suites will include individual bathrooms each with it's own shower. Enclosed, interior courtyards with water features will provide multiple locations for relaxing. For entertainment, a movie cinema on-site will provide residents with surround sound theater experiences. Personalized dining services will be provided by our trained culinary staff, including a registered dietitian.

The ADNS provides leadership to the nursing team, assists in the recruitment and hiring of the nursing staff, monitors day-to-day departmental activities and directs the nursing staff in the absence of the Director of Nursing. Qualifications:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, with a viable license in our state
  • Supervisory experience is a plus; ability to lead is key!
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn applicable software
  • Able to relate positively and favorably to customers, families, and to work cooperatively with employees at all levels
  • Able to communicate effectively with nursing team, as well as direct the team approach as needed
  • Demonstrated understanding of state and federal regulations that govern the practice of the facility
  • We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
