Responsibilities

•Lead monthly consultation meetings for licensed staff •Organize monthly clinical leadership meetings and supervisor meetings •Manage a caseload of clients •Provide clinical supervision •Maintain management responsibilities •Assist in the growth of the team through recruiting and onboarding •Reward team members with long-term track records with compensation for their experience in providing excellent patient experience •Facilitate monthly consultation sessions with licensed staff •Schedule and participate in regular clinical leadership and supervisor meetings •Balance a caseload of clients •Supervise clinical tasks •Assume managerial duties •Support the team expansion via hiring and onboarding •Recognize team members with long-term retention records with compensation for their expertise and patient care •Lead and supervise a team of clinicians •Provide support and guidance to team members •Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards •Collaborate with colleagues to devise and execute effective treatment plans •Maintain accurate client progress documentation •Attend regular team meetings and training sessions •Cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace

Qualifications

•Counseling youth and loving direct care for 2+ years (required) •Clinical supervision experience (preferred) •Prior management experience (preferred) •Understanding of child development and needs at various stages •Understanding of youth mental health disorders and ability to support assessments •Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines •Documentation in a timely way (within policy guidelines) •Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred) •Experience working with military families (preferred) •Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred) •Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred) •Experience with adults in outpatient care •Experience with couples in outpatient care (preferred) •Experience with family therapy and confidence in working with parents collaboratively (required) •Desire to build leadership skills and work closely with the leadership team •Desire to lead a group private practice with a great team •Valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California •Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting •Profound understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards •Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities •Team player with strong organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
