Description
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for warehouse construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues and ensure on-time completion.

Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project expenses, track costs, and identify opportunities to optimize project spending while maintaining quality standards.

Site Supervision and Quality Control:
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with project plans and specifications, and address any quality concerns.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements at all times.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, and other relevant records.
- Prepare regular progress reports, financial summaries, and other project-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on warehouse projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices specific to warehouse facilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
- Flexibility to travel to job sites in Newark, NJ as needed.
