Manager OF Mechanical Engineering - Military veterans preferred

Insight Global is looking for a Manager of Mechanical Engineering to join our gaming client's team on-site in Las Vegas, NV! They will direct the efforts of the Mechanical Engineering Design team in accordance with business strategy. This position will oversee the design, development, and testing of all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery related to games, boxes, and related equipment. This position will also assign tasks to other Designers, monitor project deliverables, and report to upper management and project management. They will be working in ProE to create designs so must be very fluent with being hands on in ProE or Solidworks. This position will require the flexibility to always act autonomously while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures. * Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in the gaming industry.

* Gaming Industry Experience * 5+ years of experience as a lead mechanical designer.

* Fluent in design concepts, practices, and procedures for large electromechanical products.

* Experience in using ProE or Solidworks to design parts and assemblies.

* Experience leading projects from conception to completion for production, including testing and amending design issues.

* Ability to generate engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, and engineering documentation in accordance with industry standards and cost-effective models.

* Experience in designing and testing sheet metal, casting, vacuum formed parts, plastic injection molded parts or packaging into gaming related devices.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with the company's regulatory guidelines and corporate policies.
