Project Manager , at our San Diego, California location.

PCE is an approved and recognized ABR with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), working as both a prime contractor and subcontractor for government ship repair. Job Summary Oversee and lead a team in completing projects by a set deadline, schedule and budget. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges and communicate obstacles.

Job Requirements and Experience: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. 5 plus years' experience (military/marine or ship repair industry preferred). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task with multiple projects. Ability and tolerance to meet due dates and deadlines and/or time constraints. Ability to delegate and lead others. Knowledge of production processes, quality control and costs.
