Job Summary: The Food Truck Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the food truck, including managing day-to-day routes, coordinating and scheduling employees and events, maintaining the truck and equipment, and ensuring extraordinary hospitality and customer experiences consistent with company culture and financial goals.

Specific Duties:

Team Leadership:

Lead and develop the Food Truck Team, including staffing, performance management, and team member development. Schedule and supervise employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Operations Management:

Serve ice cream consistently with quality standards, health regulations, and financial expectations. Procure permits, health inspections, and other necessary documentation for vending operations. Track inventory and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels. Customer Relations:

Communicate with Gelati Celesti stores and external customers, including potential clients and event organizers. Manage the process of reserving the truck via written contracts and collecting event deposits. Sanitation and Maintenance:

Establish and maintain sanitary standards for the food truck and production facility. Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment, including the vehicle. Sales and Marketing:

Seek out new events and promote sales to meet financial goals. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase food truck sales. Cleanliness and Upkeep:

Perform daily, weekly, and annual cleaning and upkeep of the food truck service area. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the food truck and equipment. Catering Support:

Assist with the catering program as needed, including preparation and delivery of catering orders. Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

Understanding and practice of food service and health regulations. Clean driving record and skilled operation of the Food Truck (training provided). Experience in a fast-paced service environment with transferable skills. Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine sense of hospitality. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. Clean Driving record and ability to drive the truck
