As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive project management services for our commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality, and public works projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various areas of project management, including estimating, scheduling, design management, constructability reviews, project accounting, contract development and management, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with clients, design teams, contractors, agency representatives, and project stakeholders.

Coordinate and direct multiple disciplines in a high-intensity environment.

Lead and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, and general contractors, to ensure project progression on schedule and within budget.

Enforce construction contracts and ensure compliance while exercising control over project constraints.

Provide leadership, interpretation, organization, execution, and coordination of both large and small-scale projects.

Keep clients and their agents informed on relevant issues and develop plans to mitigate project risks.

Perform in-depth analysis and management functions, offering quality leadership on all project phases.

Travel to active construction worksites, engaging in physical activities involved in managing the site.

Qualifications

Degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial and residential project applications in a Project Management capacity.

Owner's Representation experience, specifically managing designers and contractors.

Public Works experience is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Adobe.

Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Expertise in estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, billing, design review, coordination, cost reporting, and proposal preparation.
