As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will be a part of our national team of operations leaders and oversee clinical operations for our West region. This is a fully remote role with working from home in California or surrounding states in the Pacific time zone.
Occasional travel will be required for meetings and training.

The Director of Clinical Operations will participate in the development, planning, and operations for a multi-physician practice to fulfill programmatic directions and goals. You will ensure a smooth on-boarding credentialing, training, and start of new Providers and their implementation into Skilled Nursing Facilities and other healthcare settings. You will supervise each individual account to ensure success for all parties. You will also collaborate to ensure continual efficient and compliant operational performance of the Providers and buildings. You will be called upon to directly interface with our customers. This will include Physicians, Physician Extenders, Skilled Nursing Facility department heads, and other healthcare setting leaders. You will be asked to participate in
analyzing
operational and clinical performance both for client facilities and medical providers.
Requirements:
Must have 2 years of leadership and administration experience preferably in the Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital Rehabilitation healthcare settings.
Must have strong experience and understanding of care coordination and Medicare.
Cannot be excluded from participation in any state or federal programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.
