Mandarin-Speaking Case Manager job in San Diego, CA
LHH has partnered with an international organization located in San Diego, CA who is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mandarin-speaking Case Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting and guiding clients. This position requires fluency in Mandarin, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and interact with clients in person, by telephone, via email, WeChat, and/or Skype.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding clients' needs.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality patient experience.
Translate for Directors during consultations.
Translate and update all agency documents in Mandarin yearly or as needed.
Accurately assist with reviewing all client retaining paperwork, ensuring understanding of documents and requirements.
Manage incoming phone calls and WeChat messages from prospective Chinese intended parents, providing a warm and friendly client experience.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their journey.
Compensation:
$27.00/hour
After training is completed, this position is eligible for monthly bonuses!
Contract-To-Hire
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
40 hours/week, full time onsite
8:00am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Previous experience in case management, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to take direction and demonstrate excellent follow-through.
Compassionate, empathetic, and passionate about helping others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
