We are seeking a Program Manager II for a very important client

This temporary role reports to the Executive Director - HR Cross Journey Leader, and makes critical contributions to improving the Employee and People Leader Experience at the Company This leadership role will be responsible to positively impact and accelerate multiple Employee & People Leader Journey initiatives under way by the Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Skills & Responsibilities
Communication: This role is responsible for written and verbal communication with various team members of diverse experience and seniority about the program goals, progress, timelines, dependencies and needs
Stakeholder management: Collaboratively partner with stakeholders in multiple functions and influence leaders and individual contributors in stakeholder organizations to enlist their support and advocacy
Content Development: Create a variety of content based on the audience and need, including executive PowerPoint decks, Knowledge Base support articles, as well process maps or workflows
Facilitation: Success in the role requires the ability to facilitate meetings, discussions and workshops and proactively engage participants to contribute in individual, small group and large group settings
Project Management: Excellent Project Management skills to organize project teams, create and implement project plans, identify and track milestones and action items, and drive progress Capture key decisions, follow up actions and notes in critical meetings and share with stakeholders and participants in a timely manner
Change management: Ability to thrive while operating under constantly evolving and managing conflicting requirements Identify promoters and detractors of required changes Use Change Management strategies and tactics to ensure the success of the change in a dynamic and fast moving environment
