This position will support the pursuit of new business andthe execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development andconstruction projects. Some things you canexpect to do: Support the Directors of Development and VPs ofDevelopment by participating in the coordination of and execution ofvarious supporting assignments on multiple projects. Perform marketresearch. Organize project information, including project meetings.Facilitate project team communication. Prepare deal approval packagesfor the board of directors and management teams. Assist in siteevaluation and acquisition and with LOI/Lease negotiations. Assist incoordinating tenant improvement construction projects. Support theentitlement process. Draft and create development proposals. Create andmanage simple to complex development pro formas. To be successful inthis role, a bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or relatedfield is required. You must have 2-4 years of related experience. Youwill really stand out if you: Are extremely well organized and canimplement development tasks on multiple development projects withmoderate supervision. Have relationship building skillsets.
