Position Summary The Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering at the University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking applicants for two open rank tenure-track faculty positions. We seekinnovative and collaborative researchers whose teaching and research interests span broad areas of chemical engineering. Applications are encouraged from researchers working in , but not limited to, energy and sustainability, bioengineering, nanomedicine, materials science as well as process engineering. The successful candidate should have the ability to develop a high-impact independent research program that cuts across disciplines, departments, and research centers, and the dedication to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Qualified candidates will have earned a Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering, bioengineering or a related discipline by the time of appointment. Preferred qualifications include a

demonstrated ability to develop a nationally and internationally recognized research program; a commitment to undergraduate/graduate education and student mentoring;
