Leading a team of buyers, planners, and warehouse experience Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and scale the planning/buying team Inventory accuracy at both sites Collaborate with broader operations, sourcing teams and CMOs in Japan and India Support continuous improvement in the EHS management system. Implementing improvements in areas such as cGMP training, core competencies, technical skills, safety, and performance management. Continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP Establish, evaluate, and report on KPIs
