Then read on!We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for leading the creation, continuous improvement, and deployment of Material Management through best practices and tools. This Supply Chain Manager reports to the Senior Plant Manager and is an onsite role.In this role, you will be responsible for:Leading Dynamic Kanban (right-sizing)Inventory Management at GembaSupplier ManagementDaily Management and Problem SolvingProject Management supportCoaching and leading a team of Buyers, Production Planner, and Warehouse staffThe required qualifications for the job include:Bachelors degree with 9+ years of experience Or Masters degree with 7+ years of experience.Strong abilities in Coaching, Team Building, and Leadership experienceAgility working effectively with different levels or groups and functionsProficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Demonstrated planning knowledge and experience in low volume, high mix environmentExperience utilizing and implementing lean concepts/tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and KaizenAbility to analyze and leverage software tools, including Oracle/materials software, to create and drive efficiencies using proven analytical and mathematical skillsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Understanding of production flow principles and processesStrong Project Management SkillsProblem-solving and solid business decision-making skillsThe salary range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
