About the Role The Company is seeking a VP Experience Design, Consumer to join their Experience Design organization. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the design strategy and execution for end-to-end consumer experiences across various platforms and form factors, including web and app experiences, money movement, discovery, and shopping, offers and rewards, and the entire purchase experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global teams of designers, driving best practices, and ensuring that the design team delivers against both business and customer needs. This includes guiding UX efforts, envisioning next-generation experiences, and pioneering new incubation processes to drive product decision-making early in the design process.Applicants for the VP Experience Design, Consumer role should have a minimum of 15-20 years of UX experience, with at least 10 years managing managers. A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a complete experience design skillset, with expertise in financial services being an advantage, and a proven track record of leading, growing, and inspiring highly talented design teams. The role demands a high degree of craft, taste, and product intuition, as well as experience with standard design and prototyping tools. The candidate should be a compelling storyteller, with excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
