Job Description Summary: As a Senior Product Manager in PayPals Compliance Platform group, you will have a significant impact on PayPals customers, PayPals platforms and regulators across the globe. If you are an experienced product manager, with passion to delight your customers by identifying their needs and building platform solutions, if you have sharp problem solving skills and excellent collaboration and communication skills, and if you like to work in a highly collaborative, values-driven environment then PayPals Compliance Platform team is looking for you!

Job Description:

In your day-to-day role, you will be:

Developing a vision and strategy for your area of ownership

Being accountable end to end for defining roadmaps and delivering them from understanding user needs through launch, scale, support and maintenance

Making day to day prioritization decisions backed by data

Evangelizing your platform to stakeholders and securing key dependencies

Building Platforms vs. solutions designing capabilities that can be reused by other teams and being aware of other capabilities within the enterprise to be able to reuse them

Working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Defining and measuring performance of your platform

Identifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices, driving innovation.

Managing wide, company level portfolio with impact on multiple products at the same time

What do you need to bring

:

Product management background (usually 5+ years as a PM and additional years of non-PM experience)

Great problem-solving skills, backed by data

Platform thinking

Customer-centric mindset

High energy, good attitude, and high accountability

Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in working in a matrix organization and managing a variety of stakeholders

Knowledge of Compliance in FinTech is a definite plus

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $84500 to $204600
