(in Yrs) 8 years + Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Program manager - RMA Process
•Key responsibilities: supporting RMA process.
i)Work with cross functional team to drive status of RMA.
ii)Maintain update of RMA status in a tool and publish standard reports.
Closely monitor and prioritize RMA schedule to meet targeted turnaround time.
•Qualification:
Good verbal communication and strong coordination skill.
Computer skill + some advance skill on MSFT Excel/Word. Roles & Responsibilities Main responsibility is managing end to end RMA process, scheduling and result.
